After speaking Dutch in chat with a few people from the Netherlands, I suddenly get a private message asking if I want to be part of a Dutch base. Only having based solo so far, I excitedly say yes and start walking to the coordinates.

Together with my basemates: Rodeljoep, DishonoredDonkey, Dips_, houtduif, and some others, we started building. These people were the first 'friends' I made on the server; I would share everything interesting with them and no one else. At this time, I built an iron farm, a few 'herenhuizen' (mansions), a park, and a carpet-duping factory at the base.
