About How People Credit Work on Enderbook

People archiving creative works on Minecraft Archives may credit differently than the normal world does. For example, someone may take the art from an album cover, clear out a 128x128 block piece of land in Minecraft, print out the album cover using colored wool carpets and then name the map of that 128x128 area Album Cover by MinecraftPlayer. In this instance, MinecraftPlayer is most certainly not taking credit for the art on the album cover. They are, in fact, taking credit for the time and effort it took to render that album cover within the Minecraft game itself.

If you see your original artwork in a map art or any other archive, the person archiving may not necessarily be taking credit for your work, but instead taking credit for the time it took to replicate your work in-game. However, if you feel that they are not crediting you appropriately, please send them a direct message through our systems. If you do not receive a timely response, or you simply do not want your work published on this site at all, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
